Jesus referencing the Exodus overcoming YHWH, who sent serpents to kill his chosen people, the Jews;

“I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy”

- Lk 10.19

The context here is the very verse before..

“I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven”

- Lk 10.18

Wait, what!

YHWH murdered his own people with serpents??!

“YHWH… who led you through the great and terrifying wilderness, with its fiery serpents and scorpions”

- Deu 8.14-15

“YHWH sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died.”

- Nu 21.6

The Orthodox Christian would have you believe that YHWH is Jesus and/or His Father. The fact is, nothing can be further from the Truth.

The contrast between YHWH and Jesus is too much to ignore, the only way to do so is to stick your head in the sand.
