'Mark Shreeve – Firemusic (full album) very rare 1981 analog synth space music cassette tape

Mark Shreeve (1957-2022) was a UK space music pioneer. He used analog synthesizers and sequencers to create his own style of ambient electronica, influenced by the Berlin school of 70s Krautrock experimenters. Firemusic is considered by many to be his greatest release. It was published in Norway as a very limited edition cassette to accompany 100 copies of the fanzine Agitasjon. It was never reissued in any other form, and remains a very important space music collectible to this day.

Shreeve passed away days before we posted this video, on 31 Aug 2022, at the age of 65.'

His later stuff as Redshift and ARC (his live Collab w/ Ian Boddy) are also sensational. RIP in peace.

I'll need to do some digging 👀

Oh ffs, I tried to reply on Coracle but it didn't seem to work. Then, when I hopped over to Iris I saw that I'd actually replied four times. Tried to compose a note to say sorry, but Iris wouldn't even bring up a window to compose so now I've had to fire up Primal. I'm about fucking done with transmitting notes and other stuff by relay for one night.

Nah it's worth sending 4 times tbh
