Basically the meme divides the gulf into three to remove discrepancies, it gives names according to the prominent characteristic of the country, for example: one part of the USA was named the Gulf of the Crazy Grimgo due to Trump's recent actions, the part of Mexico was named the Gulf of Mexico, it remained the same... but the part of Cuba was named the Apagonia (it's something like Blackoutland in Spanish) due to the constant power outages and collapses of the electrical system that the country suffers
