This is my main problem with Nostr I have. Even I have almost 700 subscribers, only 12 of then could read this message.

What needs to be done to enhance communication between users?

So I just finished the performance optimization for large data. The rough number is 500 npubs, which is still a fraction of your followers. Will work on DM list next week, partially. To make it happen, need to implement npub lists first.
