Two years ago Danny Han (Professor Future of Food at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences) asked me to help him realise something out of this world:

an immersive space where he and the students of hotelschool Maastricht could explore the subjective experience of culinary environments.

Together with an amazing team of technical and creative professionals, I enthusiastically took on this challenge.

This resulted in the launch of the school's very own FOOD INNOVATION LAB!

Since then we (my partner David and I) are in a continuous proces of improving and upgrading the space.

The upgrade we are currently working on is the addition of interactive AI language models and metahuman technology.

These video shows the opening of the room in April this year and the first test runs we did.
