I‘ll go first: I try to reduce processed food & eat loads of raw vegetables & salad, combined with sprouts (buckwheat, broccoli, linseed). Plus, I drink a fruit shake with açaí berry powder, tumeric, wheatgrass, green algae powder and collagens & vitamin C every day. I‘d recommend that to anyone, as I have the impression it has helped me clear some brain fog & made me fitter, more vital overall.
