Honestly curious on his thoughts for this suggestion
Just a little brainstorming here, but maybe there's something that can be done at onboarding that immediately stops anything marked as n s f w from entering your feed alongside with adding a bunch or known phrases and hashtags to your muted words list. A check box at the start that says "block known/marked n s f w content" with a disclaimer that this isn't 100% effective.
Ever since muted words was added, my spam problems have been cleared up in like 99.9% cases. No notifications, barely even feel like its a problem anymore. Something like this might even let someone follow nostr:npub12z8jsett3k6rv9fa2guau5p540qr2xuvjzkr8e432mglafjt99sqkw9zmx and be completely unaware of her other n s f w posts.

Should we be able to mark other people's posts as NSFW?
Idk if it's possible to flag a post as NSFW after it's been posted, but I think it should be... Same way we load likes and zap counts we could load an NSFW badge.
The current implementation is that it is a a labeled report in Amethyst
