I am happy to report that after a good period of saving, and a bit of help from family towards closing fees, we did not need to sell any coin. Yes, I continue to DCA into Bitcoin throughout the last 2-3 years of seriously saving towards this.

There may have been a more perfectly optimized method… but I am very happy to not have the stress of timing the market, tax penalties, or general regret of selling my sats. Someday, when it makes sense, we can sell/spend some sats to pay off the debt.
