"The Science" changes because of marketing bullcrap.

Real science doesn't tend to flip flop. It grows organically and mostly only the newer things change as we move further outwards from them.

Real science includes mind, so basically anything the past century is technology ONLY

indeed, and even there, a bad explanation for a thing that works is prone to change. The fact of it working, and the way to produce the device, do not.
