I don’t normally write negative reviews. There’s enough negativity on the internet.

I’m making a special exception in this case, because nostr:nprofile1qqsvfr3f7p95stxqrjslnmuvsmhcxxxqt8swjdfjx5tz7zq0yms5cygpzfmhxue69uhk7enxvd5xz6tw9ec82cspz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzvujfm0fa's narration of nostr:nprofile1qqsxc56ajk5xtxerf4dqspgrfa0s5elrcr80lnz9nasldq87j3zzf0cprpmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuumwdae8gtnnda3kjctvqy28wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnwdaehgu3wvfnsp36sh0's book is gut-wrenchingly awful. There’s much I could say about how frustrating it is to hear good content mangled this way, but the main thing I want to highlight is the puerile attempts to speak the many quotations provided in the book. Sometimes he’s seriously trying (and failing) to provide a French or British accent, and other times he offers the quote in a mocking tone. All of it is an absolute embarrassment and totally unbecoming for a professional narrator.

Larry mentioned that he was happy with it. So, you know, this is just like, my opinion, man. But I’m not the only one… check out the reviews on Audible.

Buy the book, instead, and read it for yourself. Trust me.
