Yeah, the more I read on this RESTRICT Act, the more I don’t like it. It’s opening the door for govt censorship. It’s not just about TikTok dance videos.

A fine is a contract proposal.
It can be turned down.

I paid for my VPN with conjoined bitcoin without any KYC. Using 2 hop, all my traffic goes through Switzerland which has strict privacy laws about not revealing VPN customer IPs. Secure core also pads packets to make deep packet inspection useless.
Not saying this is the world I want to live in, but these people are way behind the 8 ball.
