Audacity is freenand simple to use. Your computer might not like it running at the same time as nests. Tbh I've never really tried nests. There's also the slightly more complicated and less intuitive OBS. Also free. (Both legally free fyi). Again no idea if this will mess up with nests and whatnot. Just throwing it out there tho.
