It took nine separate employees and three hours to get my kid his learner’s permit (he aced the test on his first try) and when we got home we realized they spelled his name wrong even though they had the birth certificate right in front of them.

That’s part of the screening process I think. 🤣😂🤣😂
At least his first interaction with a government office demonstrated their complete and total dysfunction.
So that’s kind of a win?
