Good the DNA is frail and weak have you seen what these people are producing past few generations. Too far down the bloodline it's like their all cousins and inbred now.. They were warned around WWII by that one guy, what's his name?

US isn't much better at 1.62
Japan is cooked as well, and doubly so since they aren't into immigration.
But with incoming AI and robots maybe having less people will be beneficial since there might be less upheaval in those societies
