Couple things that jump out originally reported that the Lab was accidentally found by a city inspector who found a garden hose hooked up to the shuttered business there are a lot of 3 letter agencies involved on the raid that found everything unplugged (no one arrested or found)

Speculation

One of not all gave the building owner a heads up that it was being raided

Also the company had been given finding by Gavin Newsom
