I have no real use for ChatGPT and all its other AI cousins other than that I sometimes use it and I'm amazed that it can handle the scatterbrain bullshit questions and follow ups that come mind.

I had it write a trust document. Turned out pretty good.
Issue is that it didn’t really save me money because no law offices were willing to read it. And no trustees were willing to accept it…
So at end of day I had to pay for a professional trust doc with basically the same words.
I would not want to be a lawyer today…
I’ve read the same. It’s getting quite good at that. Some friends of mine in corpo said they had chatgpt create their annual self evals. What used to take them hours only took minutes with minor mods.
In your case, couldn’t you have just used the document it created, gone to get it notarised if the trustee were willing to sign it?
I could have and still might, it is a bit complex and needs a trustee to accept.
