It is unbearable having to pay prices based on "what the market will bear." These self-important CEOs maximizing profits to line their pockets makes life extremely difficult financially for most people. I'm not even sure I was alive when there were "fair" prices, but I know my parents remember it.

There was a time when a guy could work at a gas station, support his family, in their own home, and live comfortably on his wages alone.
