Vexl already works like that. But it's still limited to Czech Republic and Slovakia for some reason.

It shows you offers from your contacts and from contacts of your contacts. All anonymously, until you decide to go on with the trade. Then the real contacts are revealed.

I fed it with only limited selection of contacts and it shows, there are not that many offers. Esp. because many want to buy and almost no one to sell BTC.
