What am I missing? Primal require you to top up their wallet with details they say won't be shared. Next thing it's a payment via Google and PayPal fields practically already filled in, no other options.

I would rather start with Damus and a LN wallet, like wallet of Satoshi if it works where you are. Otherwise Alby and you can get nip 05 with them.
