Is Amethyst's new bottom bar too short now?

I reduced it by a few pixels to increase content space, but now I keep missing the bar 🫤

Can we have the top and bottom bar auto-hide when user scrolls down the feed? Twitter android implemented this recently and honestly it's a great UX.
