Q: who enforces your property rights?
Discussion
Good question. Who?
Surely not the people who steal money out of every paycheck and who force you to pay for continued ownership of your home? They say they do but sure doesn't feel like it.
The State. It’s also their property, we just rent it from them until they decide to change their rules. It really feels like a big scam.
🫠.
The contract is valid but the small print is always a bitch.
The law. You have access to a court and a judge. It exists and it should remain existent.
Wether it is fair or corrupt is another debate.
That’s what, not who
Still, it is the only right answer.
The law secures your property. Property laws must be enforced by someone.
That's like saying the police is a person, it is not. Your question is semantically trivial towards wether the answer can be an institution, because the answer can't be a person.
I do. Via reconciliation first or force of necessary.

How force you have 🙂
If someone tries to hurt me or my loved ones or take my stuff, I'm usually armed and will end the threat with extreme prejudice.
If they come one by one and armed with sticks you're gonna make it.
I'd rather die fighting to protect me and mine than live like a coward.
So the final answer to the Q would be: not you.
I disagree. You are ultimately responsible for yourself. Hopefully, you'll be around other people who also value freedom and self sufficiency and also cooperation for mutual benefit, but every adult human is responsible for themselves.
