Would love to see us cripple the pharmaceutical industrial complex by developing actual permanent solutions for common ailments.

Why lower cholesterol ?

I had the same question?

yeah, editing genes to lower cholesterol sounds like a terrible idea for several reasons

Having chronic stress isn't too bad for your heart on it's own; neither is high cholesterol. Having **both** blows up the odds of a heart attack & reduces life expectancy by a lot.

Throw diabetes in there too, and the heart cardio system is fucked, but diabetes is preventable & curable, where stress might be e.g. lifelong brain damage from newborn "care" 🤷‍♂️

Because the brains trust only knows how to treat symptoms, and not causes.

The solution to nearly all physical and mental ailments is proper use of light/water/magnetism and avoiding non native EMFs.

In simple words, avoid centralised tech a lot more and spend more time in the sun without "protection" such as sunglasses or sunscreen.

Expose your eyes to the morning sunrise outside every day to set the circadian clock mechanism, with your shirt off.

And I'm not a hippie saying "trust me on this bro", this is just knowledge I applied from going down a quantum biology rabbithole. Look into the work of doug wallace, robert o becker, jack kruse.

Don't just do the decentralised form of money and communication, do the decentralized form of health and living.

This is well-known.

Sounds like none of these solutions can be provided in pill form. Hence why big medicine is so opposed to decentralized medicine

Agreed. Double you'll find such things in "New scientist" though..

That's the neat part, there are permanent solutions to the poisoning of big pharma.

complex, industry-intensive solutions is not what we need, though

(especially not for cholesterol, which is a "problem" that emerged from industry-intensive approach to health)

Just make better decisions instead of monkeying with the dna

indoor tech junkie - one of the main reasons tech people have autoimmunity (think Hashimoto's, MCAS, Crohn's/colitis, lupus, psoriasis, etc.)

It destroys the bio-electric signalling (water, collagen, melanin, DHA, aromatic amino acids, lipids, B vitamins etc.) within you, the circuits are defected, and the immune system responds accordingly.

Non-native EMFs (Wi-Fi routers, cell phones, Bluetooth, etc. as well as artificial light sources) have the power to disrupt mitochondrial dynamics (energy/signalling/coherence) and circadian clocks (timing). This is further amplified by chronic stress/trauma, gut/GALT dysbiosis, environmental toxins, pharmaceuticals, and processed foods.

If you can't make H2O at CCO (to hydrate semiconductors) and ATP at ATP synthase (to unfold proteins, AKA semiconductors, to allow water binding for coherence and quantum states), then you lose coherence, energy, signalling, and timing within the cells that have these defects.

Mitochondria are release reactive oxygen/nitrogen (magnetic) and biophoton (electric) signals that inform the immune system what to do. Ca2+ signals are also dysregulated under nnEMF exposure.

If all of these signals are off, your immune cells have no idea what to do. When you lose this synchronization, and the immune system stops knowing what’s "you" — autoimmunity follows.

The immune system is meant to distinguish self ("you") from invader, it becomes like an electrical power grid in chaos, with outages everywhere.

Think of it like a neighborhood/city with faulty electrical powerlines—lights flicker in some houses, others go dark; clocks display different times in each home; appliances surge unpredictably. In the body, this is symbolic and manifests as patchy activation of the immune system — T-cells misread tissue signals the same way a flickering light might be mistaken for a distress call. Over time, these small errors turn into an autoimmune attack.

Immune cells become like an orchestra with no conductor—each section playing at the wrong time. TIMING IS EVERYTHING.

Signals (biophotons, ROS/RNS, proton/electron tunnelling, biochemicals) meant to coordinate defense and tolerance are scrambled. The result is friendly fire.

Autoimmune conditions from are thus “miscommunication diseases,” where the language between surface sensors and internal networks has gone awry at the bio-electrical level.

The body heals itself. Plants & herbs & energy remedies naturally & intelligently designed by our Creator are used to treat symptoms. It would be useful to have it all in one place with easy access, no doubt.

Your body makes cholesterol to repair endothelial damage in your vasculature. It’s not the cause of the problem, it’s the response. This is like getting rid of the firemen because there’s fires.

You need cholesterol to live

we dont have that gene but animals do. was listening attia almost a year ago.

Friendly reminder that the COVID vaccine was "Gene therapy" and your immune system needs cholesterol to create vitamin D

Hard no. Why would you want a permanent solution to an "ailment" that is heavily disputed? Recent studies are starting to prove cholesterol is not what *causes* cardiovascular disease. nostr:npub1kyk7ac33apd7cx0nun3laevf84zfhr8pt8kj4h8v7cpx9t72d4gqkyea0g can explain more if you're curious.

Start with Vitamin D. Modern studies score it as a drug in terms of efficacy, rather than a nutrient. No sense playing fair when there's money on the line.
