Day 42 #75hard. Another paid for workout at work today. Had a great day at work too.

I'm officially, and unfortunately, now my dads barber, but today he also turned up with my uncle, who's autistic, and I had to cut both of their hair 😂. He seems to have a knack for turning up for haircuts at inopportune moments. But they stayed for dinner and we had a good night.

May I ask if you were able to use electric clippers in your uncle? If so, any tips on reducing sensory/keeping it a smooth experience?

Yes I did use electric clippers, he's in his late 60's now and fairly used to shavers and clippers. I didn't have a problem, although it could tell he was a little heightened.

I'll ask my mother what they did when he was young and let you know.
