Making that comment about the pretty blonde? Valid. Making the same comment about Charlie Kirk? Would you not agree that killing / assassinating a high profile individual is different in both degree and kind?

They were both symbolic/representative assassinations. It makes sense to me, that they upset people more than usual.

Value is not equally distributed amongst Human relationships.

Clearly some people are better known and more influential than others.

Clearly several genocides *should* be more influential and better known than one better known and influential individual

One death is a tragedy. A million deaths is a statistic.

I have as little respect for celebrity as most sensible people, but this post misses the point pretty hard…
