That's my guess. I don't know, but they seem to cross every red line they ever drew. And I think Putin won't use nukes. They are always a threat, but nobody can actually use them, and I think they know he's not crazy enough to actually use them. So they use his sanity against him.
Indeed. The idea is simply to create permanent instability in multiple locations globally to keep the debt economy hobbling along, while at the same time making it difficult for countries not to use the dollar.
