the significance of the 30th is that the developer that discovered the vulnerability and responsibly disclosed it in december 2022, antoine riard, was doubted in the mailing list a few days ago when the disclosure was finally made public. in response to the doubts, riard says he will publish more on oct 30

all good. dispelling fud is something that bitcoiners are used to, right? btw here's the quote from the screenshot in the original tweet. not sure why op decided to word things so strangely other than creating fud:
