DNC can't replace Biden and fails to get either Trump or RFK removed from the ballot. RFK runs a successful independent campaign and pulls at least 10-12% of the electorate nationally. Biden loses to Trump by double digits. Calling it now.
It won't be by double digit numbers. But I like your theory.
