I think you'll find lot of the responses to be similar. There are two ways to look at this: Putin was wrong, Ukraine has a right to defend itself, and the whole world is responsible for funding that, even if it comes at the expense of WW2 or at minimum a bloody kinetic war. In all of this, Ukraine continues to lose young men, knowing very well that they will never win.
The other way to look at it is we have to do something about this- let's negotiate peace with the aggressor, even if that means ceding ground. Yes the terms are not great but they never are for the losing side. It's not ideal but it's the only way you get to peace.
The US cannot embroil itself in another forever war especially with debt and deficits this high. Another war impacts it's already fragile debt levels and ruins a lot of lives though inflation.
so yeah, it's a difficult position but there isn't a straight easy answer
