I like eating carnivore (mostly). I’ve been looking for people’s input on the cholesterol question since my cholesterol went up a bit in the last couple years. Somehow it’s hard to believe it will kill me when it feels less inflammatory and healthier than eating carbs. I have a lean muscle build with very little body fat, stay in shape and sauna everyday.
Sugar is poison.
