Very first thing I do in each new place I travel:

Go out and buy all stainless steel cookware, because nearly ALL shared kitchens use this nonstick crap + plastic spatulas 🤮

(And it can be a huge pain in the ass to find sometimes; most stores only hold poison-covered products because of course 🤡🌎)
