Does anyone have a great and easy way to download YouTube videos? (I want to keep them high quality (HD)).

I subscribed to premium, only to find out videos are in a proprietary format and you have to use the YouTube app to play them back.

Do you have experience with this? Any chance you can give me a high-level overview on how this works? Is this a script or a full-blown installation? Does it need to be compiled?

I have experience but it’s limited. I may have had to install it from the command line but then I just ran it with the right syntax. It sure seemed to be full resolution.

I’ll send you the command line when I get in front of my computer.
