More of anarchy. Nowhere near a Libertarian Utopia, as the groups are controlling sovereign people, attacking, raping, stealing, and existing police forces are keeping the normal citizens in check.

In a normal type of anarchy, the best factions will win out. The problem is that it isn't really anarchy, as it is government sponsored anarchy and a weird hybrid of bad.

Currently, Lebanon is the most libertarian and anarchal society. But still have militaries and some gov groups. We will see how it plays out.

A libertarian society is not a lawless society ?cid=6c09b952msyoxk8zd1bhrrbbpu5buyr1yivtqjjg8anadulc&ep=v1_internal_gif_by_id&rid=giphy.gif&ct=g

Correct. I come from the libertarian mindset that some laws and government is needed for contract enforcement, and a few other small issues that 2 private parties in theory could not hash out. Although others disagree and believe private mediators, agreement companies, and more could fill the gaps.
