I have urgent need of a virtual sim or phone service that enables me to have a valid US phone number regardless of geography. "Valid" meaning a phone number that can be used for banking. So, just text/sms, OTP... functionality is more than enough.
My current provider is ending the service imminently (well, they're making me use an app that's not available in Europe).
Can anybody help?

Interesting, although it doesn't look like what I'm looking for. I am not in the US and don't need to use the number for anything other than receiving bank/service verification codes.

Unfortunately no US phone number, which is exactly what I need because it's for banking and other public activities.
