I have successfully sent from my Breez wallet to CashApp recently. Not sure if they’re a direct peer, but at least there was a successfully route from their node to CashApp.

I have never been able to send from Breez to CashApp, but can send lightning payments from CashApp to Breez, so only one direction for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Part of the annoying thing about it is that sending to CashApp has worked once or twice out of the dozens of times I've attempted. It's so flakey.
