Caravaggio is always the best 😍.
I have a couple of acquaintances who visited this exhibition at Gallerie Barberini and really liked it. Is it worth a trip to Rome just for that?
Caravaggio always hits hard no doubt about that! But Tintoretto has a different kind of magnetism. His light, motion, and theatricality really pull you in. I actually saw the exhibition in Milan not at Gallerie Barberini but it left a strong impression 💜
Both are geniuses of the canvas indeed.
