For sure, I quit it for extended periods here and there as well, when I feel it's necessary. When I stop the weed, it affects my sleep, but usually only for a couple days at most. I hope you find something that works. Have you ever looked into blue light blocking glasses or anything like that? I haven't done that myself, but I hear screens late at night can trick our brains into thinking it's daytime and mess with our melatonin.
