Huges swaths of buildings are overpriced garbage that have no future tenant as is. Developers will soon realize that a viable tenant is scarce. With no tenants they will need to quickly sell the property to the greater fool. These developers know what hard assets are and are tired of dealing with failed city policies and rising mgmt costs.
