You prolly wanna set up your lightning wallet to receive/send zaps. It is free generally and most #nostriches will zap your introductory post. I have several but Strike, Blue Wallet, Wallet of Satoshi are super easy.
Help! Lol. Where do you set up the lightning wallet? I have the link at the top of my profile? I tried setting up blue wallet, that link didn't work, so now I have speed wallet on there?
@Primal is a client with a built in wallet, it’s so easy. I use Damus too, but can’t receive zaps there anymore since Primal got their wallet up and running. I use both on the daily, for different strengths. If you’re on Damus, go to the App Store and choose a lightning wallet like Strike or Blue Wallet, etc. Or you can #Ask Nostr. Lots of Nostriches will chime in with their experiences and suggestions to help you choose. DONT HESITATE TO ASK.

Do you have your own lightning node connected to your bluewallet lightning wallet? For bluewallet, you have to be connected to your own node. I use getalby instead.
I was using Getalby cause no node of my own yet. Connected to my Zeus wallet and everything stopped zapping into Blue Wallet on Dumus, but I could zap out, all the way down to 4 zaps. So when Primal got their cool wallet up & running I just zap from it, and receive into it. I do not know how I messed up except that when I connected my node from getalby into my Zeus wallet, (which I haven’t loaded with any liquidity, because I am clueless, and don’t really have the time), the zap screen on my Damus (on mobile), stopped showing any activity, it’s blank.
It looks like you already have speed.app set up. You should be able to recieve zaps with that.
To zap others, either you find a wallet that supports NWC and connect your nostr app to the wallet that way or you just pay the invoice generated by your nostr app by copying it into your wallet.
