that's really disappointing to hear.
I made the decision to not screw around with lightning many years ago.
I've been thinking lately that maybe it's about time that the ux has gotten good enough.
But i'll just put it on hold for another year or two.
I'm going to give it one last shot with phoenixd once I get a dedicated Linux device setup next week. I honestly don't understand whether people who praise lightning are lying about how many failures they run into or if they simply just don't use it enough to run into any issues.
mostly theyre nerds who have time and love tinkering with it.
which I totally get since I'm the same way with stuff.
but they get online and tell people its easy to do self-sovereign LN.
which its not.
