My kid has been watching a lot of Daniel Tiger lately, he's from the Mr. Rogers universe from my understanding. It's another way to say I love you 💓 plus it sounds cute.
It's how Daniel's family says I love you, typically they rub noses when they say it (when possible.) Daniel Tiger is awesome, but nothing beats the original Mister Rogers Neighborhood... Although, I am a bit biased having grown up to it.
But if you have any question about the quality of the show for a child, it's fantastic. I 100% recommend it. 🧡
