Imo then you are wasting long term money. You could dca more long term buying an inexpensive home outright.

If your rent is near 1000 or more do the math. I'm looking in PA. There's 2 and 3 bedroom homes there for 70 k. Granted the money we will use is a windfall coming this year. (Hopefully)

I'll free up more money that way to dca over time.

A little more than 6 years at current rents is more money than 70k up front.

You don't need to buy a 300k or more home. There are good homes out there for less money.

I can put 1k a month or more into Bitcoin if we do it this way. I'll also eliminate a cuck landlord.
