It's possible that in the future, it may become difficult to recognize on Nostr which posts or users are genuine and which ones are not. However, we must always be mindful and vigilant on all public social media networks for accounts/posts that might be suspicious or fake.

The Nostr platform promotes decentralization and independence – freedom of expression via anonymity though not getting above cybersecurity issues- none should compromise quality content provisioning of advice within a dangerous landscape dominated by social spam and bot notifications!
