A. Witnesses haven’t been given 48 hour notice for Thurs grand jury

B. Judge McBurney, who has handled 2020 election matters, is scheduled to sub in next week as presiding judge

C. It makes sense to present the case toward the end of Willis’s indictment window because the jurors can then be released from jury service (i.e., they won’t have to keep coming back to court).

The question now is whether we’ll see indictments on Tuesday or Friday next week.
