If you don't understand that scientists can all be wrong about something and that is OK, you don't understand science.

If you think the majority of scientists being wrong about one thing means you can ignore them about everything, you don't understand science.

If you think a scientist changing their mind is flip flopping, you don't understand science.

If the author of a science paper or which scientist you heard about the paper from colors your thinking about the quality of the experiment in the paper; you talking about it isn't contributing to scientific discourse, you are simping.

Does anyone know if the scientific method is still taught in 5th/6th grade?

Or the difference between laws & theories?

That’s the beautiful science, it is forever changing it’s kind based on new information & experimentation.

It’s what has helped progress our species to its place on the planet.

Remember a man was once charged with heresy because he said the earth was not the center of the universe & had the math to back it up.
