Preparing my winter pantry ..stewing tomatoes 🍅 ( second batch! One more to go) from my friend’s farm with lotsa basil and herbs from my herb garden. Gonna do seal n save because I use these up fast. The secret to vacuum sealing liquids is to freeze them first in a flat form same size as your bags. Then pop it out and slip into bag and seal it. The bonus is i can boil in bag if I want too which is great for my soups.
