Would it not be better just integrating the USA into Canada as their 11th province?

Maby they could help the USA with education and decency. And maby how to have meaningful conversation. Or learning the difference of extortion and peace negociations.

If both sides think they are winning and the negotiation leads to people’s lives getting genuinely better I don’t care about the phrasing they use
