We can barely move our necks if we sleep in the wrong position. We die if our body temperature gets out of the very strict 36.5–37.5 °C/ 97 F to 99 F. Our bodies are indeed magnificent. They are just extremely weak by today's standards.
Microbes die when boiled, and stars perish when they run out of nuclear fuel. What's your point?
