I was thinking the same thing. 2.7 billion would be the would Western hemisphere and probably all of nato. Then I wonder, "does the US outsource the social security system to other countries?"

Surely that's a possibility, one backend holding up many different frontends, and that is where we are supposedly headed.

And they've always been a ways ahead of us. Yes, that's likely it. Good thinking and the wonders of growing our coherence one to the other.
