Sanctions are an act of war. Only Congress has the power to declare war. Thus, any sanction of a country without Congress’s declaration of war on that country is unconstitutional.

According to the Constitution, the money we use is supposed to be precious metals, not paper. Ergo, the Federal Reserve Notes we all use are unconstitutional money.
