I think its likely a combo of both. Definitely has a character constuct to him, but personally I do think he is intelligent as well. Also, he does seem to enjoy trolling the world, so that could be part of it too. Just playing a goof ball roll when he's bored. He's a peculiar one for sure. Dont trust him one bit, but I do enjoy all the freak outs over him. Felt the same about Trump when he was pres. Didnt like him, but the entertainment was golden

I used to defend billionaires because they are brilliant entrepreneurs. Which isn't necessarily untrue. But most of them get sucked into being a weapon of the state.
